At Tourmahouse Surf Camp, we aim to ensure our guests have a fantastic experience. However, if you need to cancel your booking, we have outlined our refund and returns policy below to make the process as straightforward as possible.

2. Packages

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made 15-29 days before the start date: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date: No refund.
No-shows: No refund.
4. Changes to Bookings
Changes made 30 days or more before the start date: No charge, subject to availability.
Changes made less than 30 days before the start date: Subject to a 10% administrative fee and availability.
5. Early Departures
No refunds are provided for early departures once the stay has commenced.
6. Refund Process
All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request being received.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction.
